Leg extensions p1 – extend then return to starting position
Leg extensions p2 – another great move in this position is scissor kicks – rhythmically raise one leg higher, then switch. Also try crossing your legs over and under
Oblique turns – engage the core then turn from side to side. 1 leg bent on the ground, 1 leg straight – then switch
Lunges – 3 alternatives. 1. lunge onto the cushion 2. keep one foot on the cushion and reverse lunge off 3. place your toe on the cushion and lunge forward
Stacked feet plank and press
Dorsal raises – place cushion just below your belly button and raise up
One leg squats / pistol squats
One leg stands
Plank and press ups
Progression to shoulder taps – hold for a few seconds
Alternative one leg squats
