The plank is a fantastic move to work your trunk. It helps build great strength, can assist your posture and help you work your waist line.
I enjoy adding some variety and bringing other muscles into play. The clip sees the arms, shoulders, upper back and hamstrings getting a workout along with the main muscles in the core – glutes, lower back, abs and obliques.
