Your mid section is vitally important to your health and wellbeing, and by having a stronger core you can reduce and avoid injuries as you get older.

10 moves to hit your trunk and condition really important areas such as your abs, obliques, lower back and glutes.

Some moves are advanced but I hope you can take something away from the routine, have fun and always be fit from your core.

 

  1. Modified bicycle with lifts

  2. Scorpian

  3. V-Ups

  4. Side plank with leg lifts

  5. Headstand crunches (Static headstands are also great)

  6. Plank – arm and leg raise

  7. Vertical hip thrusts

  8. Supine bridge leg lifts

  9. Russian twist

  10. Elevated supine bridge thrusts
