Sept 17 – Oct 28: 6 weeks to Snowdon


The 5 weeks before I started my Snowdon training my mileage was as follows;
Aug 13 – 19: 51 miles / 5,728ft elevation
Aug 20 – 26: 53.70 miles / 3,589ft elevation
Aug 27 – Sept 2: 57.30 miles / 5,144ft elevation
Sept 3 – 9: 33.20 miles / 2,513ft elevation
Sept 10 – 16: 39.20 miles / 3,333ft elevation
I was ticking over with some base miles
Prior to these 5 weeks I trained for a month at a much lower 20 miles on average a week
